Shelter Surf Shop invited Long Beach's Cupcake Ladies, Emmy and Lisa, back for their April show. This time we ventured out past cupcakes and brought along mini cheesecakes and sugar cookies! Lobster sugar cookies!!

Better Butter Cakery's Long Beach duo is taking on the task of hand decorated sugar cookies. And the first batch came out pretty darn good!

These cuties were hand wrapped and given out as mother's day gifts!

Shelter Surf Shop's February Monthly Art Show

Here are the photos from a few months back.  Better Butter's Long Beach "Cupcake Lady" was invited once again to the local surf shop to delight everyone with her yummy desserts!

Emmy made tiramisu cupcakes, chocolate vanilla, vanilla with wild huckleberry icing, and a favorite of the night.... chocolate cream pie cupcakes. Those ones had a chocolate mouse filling, whipped cream icing, and a sprinkle of cookie crumbs. They were a hit!

The beautiful handmade cake plates are made by Willy Manser.
